Dear Parents /Carers
We hope the information on our website will give you an insight into the life and organisation of our school. Hopefully it will answer the many questions which parents and others often ask, particularly as their child starts school. At Brunswick we provide a loving, caring environment that will nurture children as they move forward along their learning journey. I have had the privilege of being headteacher of Brunswick for the past 11 years. In December 2020, I will be retiring from headship and Mrs Sam Waugh will be taking over the position as acting headteacher, whilst the recruitment process takes places for the permanent role.
We would encourage any prospective parents to contact the school via email or phone, to arrange a visit or to ask any questions they may have. Due to COVID, site visits have been limited to during school holidays to minimise risks to the school community and visitors.
Brunswick School is a very special place. Our core behaviours of “Child at the centre”, “Love what you do” and “No-one left behind” influence every aspect of our work and ensure all children are supported.
Our school motto is “The future begins here…”
I hope the information in this prospectus helps you to decide if Brunswick offers the caring educational provision that is right for your child.
Mrs Sharon Sanderson
